Adam happily fixed my leaky faucet and had extra time on the 2 hour minimum and offered to look at any other handyman issues I might have. Very, very helpful. I will use Ace Handyman when I need repairs they are worth every penny.

Not terribly impressed that I was billed $366 with the poor quality of work done. I needed the hinges on both fence gates fixed as the boards they were attached to were cracked and rotting. Instead of replacing two boards he just moved the bottom hinges higher up on the board and he didn’t even bother to fix or add screws to the higher hinges for added security, but instead added more nails to the fence board to keep it from falling off the post. I still have to lift my gate somewhat to fit it into the latch. He said it was $100 for parts…he only purchased 1 new hinge (which is probably close to $30). He used 2x4s that I already had in a wood pile in my yard to affix the hinges to the gate. Overall, my gates open/close, but not sure how long the job will last since the hinges are still affixed to rotting and cracked boards.

My handyman Adam was a great guy. But while installing the hanging metal storage rack on my garage ceiling he misinterpreted where the various screws were supposed to go. That caused at least a 15+ addition of time as he had to undo several screws to replace them with the correct ones in the directions by the supplier of the rack. I thought he should have at least deducted a quarter hour from the project cost. Especially since they charge a $60 trip fee on top of a standard $120 an hour rate. I’m glad I didn’t attempt the project myself but the 3 hour price tag of $420 plus tax was still $100 over another non-hourly quote. Probably will look elsewhere if another non-DIY project comes up.

We've had a fantastic experience with Ace Handyman Services. Adam has helped us out with several projects. He has been dependable and done excellent work.
